IGEL 58 brings on 3 meaningful features to our contact lens wearers – Safety, Comfort and Vision.

Safety – This frequent replacement contact lens made from Etafilcon A – a material that was introduced onto the market over 30 years ago – remains the most widely used hydrogel lens material due to her stable & reliable nature. Their low adverse event rates have contributed to their long and successful history.

ComfortIGEL 58 is designed with a unique T-edge that brings superb comfort, optimum lens movement and easy lens handling. The thin design of IGEL 58 also provide positive benefits to ocular health.

Vision – with the current advance technology in cast molding, resulting in contact lens that provide accurate parameters, thus enhances IGEL 58 contact lens wearers’ vision acuity, clarity and sharpness.

IGEL 58 is both ionic and hydrophilic in nature – which meant she is water-loving. Water attraction brings on the Wet Feel to wearing IGEL 58 thus enhanced comfort to the lens wearers. The ionic character of IGEL 58 tend to attract proteins which are major components of the tear film and perform a variety of important tasks, which include protecting the ocular surface from microorganisms, cell membrane transport/metabolism and regulating immune responses.
