They are indicated for correction of a refractive error (hyperopia). With high precision cutting machines, Igel CD Aphakic is able to help patients with high plus power to see better. They are made out of flexible polyhema material that is combined with water to allow oxygen to flow through the contact lens to the cornea. Igel CD lens correct vision in the same way as glasses do, plus they are extremely comfortable and easy to apply. Igel CD are reusable hydrogel soft contact lens and can last up to a year.
