Igel Comfort Drops is a contact lens drops or lens lubricant. This sterile, clear and colourless solution contain HPMC or Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose 0.3% w/v as the moisturizing agent, together with other ingredients. HPMC is an artificial tear ingredient. It is both a good lubricant and effective moisturizer. This wetting agent forms a lubricating shield on the surface of the contact lens – preventing the loss of moisture. Thus preventing or delaying the dryness effect to enhance all day comfort for contact lens wearing.  Igel Comfort Drops is made by an ISO13485 certified manufacturer by DNV GL Presafe, Norway and is also CE certified by DNV GL Presafe, Norway stating that this solution complies with the applicable requirements of the European Medical Device Directive. The product is aseptically filled in pre-sterilized bottles. The drops keep the contact lenses moist and helps to soothes the eyes, thus increases contact lens wearing comfort. It is recommended for all daily wear and disposable contact lenses. Igel Comfort Drops is indicated for all contact lens wearers with dry eye symptoms, or users feeling end-of-day discomfort or those experiencing dryness after hours of wearing contact lens.
